How it works

How the initial guidance works

Tell us your situation

You briefly describe your case and your main question about immigration.

We listen to you

We identify the area of your case and tell you what you could review.

We explain the next step

We will tell you if you need more detailed advisory or if you can proceed on your own.

You decide

If your case requires it, we will explain the scope and cost before you contract anything.

Cases you should not overlook

These situations are not legal emergencies, but time can be an important factor. If you recognize any, do not wait.

Cases you should not overlook

Situations where seeking guidance sooner rather than later is advisable

Your residency expires in less than 90 days

If you do not act in time, you may lose accumulated rights and face irregularity situations.

You received a denial and do not know what to do

Each denial has deadlines to appeal. If the deadline passes, you may lose the option to appeal.

You are irregular and have an expulsion order

There are situations where there are still options. We guide you on the alternatives before it is too late.

You have an upcoming judicial or administrative deadline

If you have an appointment at immigration, a requirement, or a resource deadline, do not skip it without guidance.

You want to sponsor minor children

Family reunification procedures have requirements and deadlines that can affect the well-being of minors.

Preguntas frecuentes

Frequent questions about immigration

We resolve the most common questions before you request guidance on your case.

What does the initial guidance include?
We listen to your situation, identify the immigration area that may correspond and tell you what documents or information you should review. It does not include complete document review or legal strategy.
Can I request guidance if I do not have all my documents?
Yes. The initial guidance can help you know which documents you might need before starting any procedure or deeper review.
Does the guidance tell me if they will grant me residency or nationality?
No. No entity can guarantee a favorable resolution. What we can do is guide you on the requirements and help you detect avoidable errors.
Can I do the procedure on my own?
Yes, you can. But a formal error, documentation error or strategy error can result in a requirement or denial. The guidance helps you know if your case has clear requirements or if it is advisable to review with a professional.
When do I need personalized advisory?
When your case requires reviewing specific documents, background, specific regulations, presentation strategy or ongoing support. Before contracting, we will explain scope and cost.
Do you only serve Colombian cases?
No. Although the association has a strong bond with the Colombian community, we guide migrants of any nationality in Spain.
What happens if my case is very complex?
If your case requires document review, background analysis, legal strategy or representation before the Administration, we will explain that it needs a different service than initial guidance.
